1. Can you identify recent conversations or social media interactions where your words did not build others up?
How can you address any harm caused and seek to speak more constructively in the future?
2. How can you intentionally use your words this week to encourage and build up someone in your community or
online?
3. What steps can you take to ensure your engagement on social media reflects the principles of wholesome talk
and Kingdom values?
4. Is there any bitterness, anger or unforgiveness in your heart that affects your speech? How can you work
towards letting go of these negative emotions?
