Formed by a Different Economy:

"The Lies Money Tells" - Jake Lang

Luke 12:13–21

Point 1: That we create our own success.
Point 2: That we create our own security.
Point 3: That we create our own significance.
Ultimately: The Lie of Self-Sufficiency.

3 Challenges:

Challenge #1 - To combat the lie that says you create your own success, I challenge you this week to ask someone for help.
Challenge #2 - To combat the lie that says you create your own security, set a goal around financial dependence.
Challenge #3 - To combat the lie that says you create your own significance, find a place to serve in silence.

Take Action:

What is the Spirit prompting you to do after hearing God’s word?
Where are you believing the lie of success? How can you ask for help this week?
Where are you believing the lie of security? How can you practice financial dependence this week?
Where are you believing the lie of significance? How can you serve in silence this week?
Who do you need to share this message with?
