1. What is the Spirit prompting you to do after hearing God’s word?
2. Identify one failure, regret or source of shame that you continue to hold against yourself. This
week, bring it into the light through honest prayer and confession. Pray 1 John 1:9 over that
specific situation every day. Ask yourself, “am I trusting God’s verdict, or am I stills arguing with
heaven’s verdict?”
3. Choose one Scripture and speak it out loud whenever shame tries to define you.
