Overview
1. Create and inspire vision for & direct the Worship ministry in accordance with Tabernacle’s values, mission, and vision and in collaboration with pastoral staff.
2. Give vision and direction to the Worship ministry and Sunday morning experience as a multi-ethnic and multi-sensory expression of worship.
3. Plan and lead services, inspiring and leading the people in the worship of God.
4. Train, shepherd, and coach worship arts ministry members to use their gifts during Sunday services and beyond.
Overview
The Communications Contractor will work alongside the Pastoral Team to develop and
execute a communications strategy (website, social media, email, newsletters, signage
etc) as part of our Community Formation and Witness Formation.
