Ergasia is the Greek word for "work." The Ergasia project is an initiative to connect faith communities with job training and placement resources in West Michigan in order to help congregants discover meaningful and fulfilling work for themselves.
Tabernacle is thankful to be a pilot church for this program and will be holding meetings periodically to walk participants through the process. The basic process is taking a job fitness (JOFI) assessment, meeting with a team to discuss results, and connecting you with representatives at local job placement resources.
