Big Idea: When the Father is our audience, we are free from the need to perform.

I. Give without needing recognition 6:2-4
II. Pray for communion, not performance 6:5-15
III. Fast without advertising the sacrifice 6:16-18

The Father Sees.

The deepest answer to our need for human recognition isn’t trying harder to become
invisible. It is knowing that we are already seen, known and loved by the Father.
