Scripture: John 1:14 (Grace and Truth)

“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (NIV)

Big Idea: There is only one hope, and it is God in Christ

1. The Word became flesh tells us that God intentionally communicates with us
2. The Word became flesh tells us that Jesus is not just a sign of hope, but The Message that is the only hope 
3. The Word became flesh tells us that humankind is empowered to be transformed into his children

3. What ways can you be like Christ to others?
4. Read John 1:1-18 and try memorizing a verse each day to have it memorized by Christmas Day!
