3. Our worry may indicate doubt about God’s assurance to provide for our needs.

4. We seek God’s kingdom by living righteously.

1. What is the Holy Spirit prompting you to do as a result of hearing this message?

2. Are you accepting God’s daily provision for your life, or are you pretending – and trying to escape to the past or the future?

3. How are you freeing yourself from anxiety over lesser things of the world?

4. What are you to do with Jesus’ statement in Matthew 6:27, “Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” We are to reject anxiety because our tomorrows are in God’s hands. Our birth, our family, our talents, our looks are all by God’s design, and therefore they are to be accepted as beautiful gifts from the giver of life.
